We will seek to correct any work deficiency that you believe resulted from our failure to follow your instructions. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages as a result of our alleged failure to perform services satisfactorily or in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits and inability to use the work product. Our maximum liability is the amount that otherwise would be due for our services.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of our website, render the website inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the website, content, servers, networks, networked computers of the website and its business partners. You hereby agree not to try to access any content that is not intended for you. You hereby agree not to use the website in any manner that might interfere with the rights of third parties. You hereby agree that you shall not impersonate any person or entity.
You shall not upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is pornographic, harmful or otherwise objectionable. We do not accept projects that involve "adult sexual content".
4. Termination of Service
We may terminate our service to you at any time, without notice, for any conduct in violation of this terms and conditons or any other policies or guidelines set forth by us. We reserve the right to take all appropriate measures (including but not limited to blocking your access to our website, removal of posted images and non-fulfillment of your order) to enforce our Policies.
Not all photos can be restored or edited and images vectorized as per a customer's requirements. If for any reason, we cannot fulfill your requirements, we will immediately refund the full amount for the relevant image and notify you.
5. Right to Disclose
We reserve the right to disclose any information posted by you to the relevant government authorities to satisfy any law, regulation or government request.
6. Governing Law
The substantive laws of the UK govern the performance, interpretation, and enforcement of these terms and conditions, and any other agreement you enter with us.
7. General Provisions
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or of any other rights or provisions in the same.
Distance Selling Regulations and Cancellation
As our service is one which is to be provided within a period of less than 7 working days your right to a "cooling-off" period under the Distance Selling Regulations does not apply. You may, however, still cancel, provided that you do so before we begin to process your order. As a general rule we begin to process your order within minutes of receiving it so you must send an email to us straight away to hi@photoediting.co.uk. Cancellation can only be accepted if we have not already begun to process your order. Emails sent to other email addresses are not likely to be seen in time to cancel before processing your order. During regular office hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm during week days) cancellation would normally have to be made within the first 5 minutes of submitting your order. During out of office hours cancellation can normally be made at any time prior to the beginning of the next office hour.
Privacy Policy
Neither we nor any of our associated companies sell, rent or trade to third parties any of the information obtained from our customers and we do not use any such information to send spam-mail.
Parts of our web site may provide links to other web sites, which are provided for your convenience and information. Following these links will take you away from this web site. We have no control over the way in which other web sites use information that you pass on to them and cannot be held accountable for such.
Refunds Policy
Refunds may be given at our sole discretion and each case will be looked at on its merits. Any such will be at the sole discretion of Photo Editing UK and will generally only be given in exceptional circumstances.

Photo Editing UK does not include unlicensed third-party intellectual property in its projects.
Photo Editing UK will defend, indemnify and hold its customers harmless for any suits or liabilities arising out of third-party claims that this website’s work has infringed upon that parties' rights ("Website Work" includes only elements of the project that were created by us or incorporated by us from sources selected by us and not supplied by its customer).

You shall submit to us only material that you are legally entitled to copy, modify, edit or otherwise use in the manner requested by us.
You are solely responsible for the content of any images and/or messages you submit and we assume no liability for any content submitted by you. If you supply or post any information or material to us, you guarantee that you have the required legal right to post such material and that it will not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity.
When you post or transmit anything including but not limited to images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips or text (generally referred to as "User Submitted Content") to us, you grant us (as well as any third parties under our direction or control) a nonexclusive worldwide irrevocable license to the User Submitted Content including the right to display, copy, alter, or use the User Submitted Content for derivative works within the scope of providing those services you request us to perform.
You will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any suits or liabilities arising out of third-party claims that User Submitted Content (or any derivative product thereof, including our products) has infringed upon that parties' rights.
You will always keep a copy of the original text, images or photos. We reserve the right to purge or permanently delete the content shortly after the order is completed. We will not be responsible if you lose the original text, images or photos.

None of these terms and conditions will be taken to be waived except by written notice signed by you and by Photo Editing UK
